On November 18, 2021, Hung Thinh Land was honored to win the “Excellent Real Estate Enterprise” award in the event honoring Vietnam's Typical Real Estate 2021 organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine. Also at the event, Mr. Le Trong Khuong - General Director of Hung Thinh Land was honored as “Innovative and Creative Real Estate Entrepreneur” for his timely and effective transformations in business strategy to help the company successfully overcome challenges.

The 4th wave of the Covid-19 epidemic caused many far-reaching impacts on the entire economy and society of our country, especially the provinces in the Southern key economic zone when many companies in various industries even had to dissolve or on the verge of bankruptcy. However, with the spirit of innovation and creativity to overcome difficulties of company leaders, Hung Thinh Land achieved unexpected results. In 2021, the company consecutively launched to the market many projects in the provinces and cities, bringing customers many green living facilities along with smart and modern design such as: Bien Hoa Universe Complex (Dong Nai), Lavita Thuan An (Binh Duong), Moonlight Centre Point (HCMC), New Galaxy Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa), Richmond Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh)...

More than 4,000 products have been welcomed by customers since the beginning of this year, especially during the peak period of isolation due to the Covid-19 epidemic, although the overall market slowed down, Hung Thinh Land accelerated with nearly 2,000 successfully transacted products on the digital platform. This made Hung Thinh Land become one of the pioneers in the market when applying digital solutions for sales and product introduction. In particular, with the Moonlight Centre Point project, Hung Thinh Land has launched online and applied the digital signature process, electronic contract... for the first time to adapt to the social distancing during the Covid-19 epidemic. The project left a positive impression with 900 successful transactions within 2 weeks of being launched to the market.

The above efforts partly has confirmed the company's success in a challenging year of 2021. In particular, Hung Thinh Land has always affirmed its position as a leading real estate developer in the journey of creating new – smart values, for a prosperous and sustainable life.

With outstanding activities as well as positive contributions to the real estate market since the beginning of the year, Hung Thinh Land passed a strict evaluation process from the Appraisal Council to receive the award “Best Property Developer 2021”. Previously, in 2019 and 2020, also within the framework of this honoring program, Hung Thinh Land entered the "Top 10 Typical Real Estate Developers".

Vietnam Typical Real Estate voting program has been organized annually by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine since 2017. This year's program includes 11 categories, under the objective and fair evaluation of the Appraisal Council including representative of the State management agency, reputable real estate experts, heads of consulting companies and financial institutions with many years of experience in the Vietnam and international real estate markets.
