On December 17, 2020, Hung Thinh Land honorably received the award "Best Residential Developer Southeast Asia 2020" at the event of honoring the enterprises with outstanding achievements in Real Estate - Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2020.

The Ceremony of Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2020 was solemnly held with the participation of the award advisory board, experts and numerous senior managers from many leading prestigious enterprises.

This year, the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2020 was more competitive when registering enterprises must compete with top brands of other countries in the region. In particular, factors of innovation and creativity included: promotion of using up technology; change in the management mindset; reasonable price policy; time of product introduction… were the main criteria for selecting the winner.
