HUNG THINH PEOPLE DONATE 115 BLOOD UNITS THROUGH THE “GIỌT HỒNG YÊU THƯƠNG” PROGRAM

On 23 April 2023, Hung Thinh Corporation’s employees experienced a meaning full morning with the volunteering blood donation program named “Giọt hồng yêu thương”, held by Richmond City (207C Nguyen Xi, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh city) with the cooperation and dedicated care of the District 3’s Red Cross Society and Labor Confederation. 

The program called attention of a large number of Hung Thinh Corporation’s employees.

Regardless of weekend days, these employees came very early with a spirit of excitement. There are some employees with the first time of donation, but some have donated so many times before. Those who donate blood for the first time were a little nervous and worried, but the emotions were quickly replaced by bright and proud smiles when they knew they were about to contribute their blood to the city’s blood reserve source - a fully humanistic and meaningful program.

Mr. Ngo Van – Marketing Manager, General Marketing Department, Marketing Block of the Corporation shared: “This is a very emotional and respectful program when the Corporation donates drops of blood to those in need. This is not only a CSR activity but also a meaningful contribution to society. I myself have participated in blood donation since my very first days when I was in university, with more than ten times now. I see that donating blood and jointly creating a community of blood donation is a good action, creating a human value that widespread in the community.'

Ms. Ngoc Anh – a Sales Staff of Pham Viet Chanh joyfully said: “This is my first time of blood donation. I am so worried at first, but I am motivated and no longer afraid when seeing everyone’s enthusiasm. If I am still healthy and qualified, I will keep participating in blood donation.”

Mr. Duc The - Board of Assistant - Secretary shared: “This is the third time I’ve participated in blood donation, and I felt happy when joining in such a meaningful program. Blood donation is a very noble activity, helping many people in need of blood. I think that the Corporation should expand this activity and hold the program once or twice a year if possible.”

The Organization Board is also very happy to receive the support and enthusiastic response from the Richmond City Building Management Board and Residents. Many residents registered to donate blood right after recognizing the medical team’s car, making the Organization Board feel very warm.

In summary, thanks to the program, 115.2 blood units were contributed to Humanitarian Blood Donation Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
