Hung Thinh Incons’s summary of business activities in 2018 and implementation of the plan for 2019

On last January 19th, 2019, the Conference of summarizing business activities in 2018 and implementing the 2019 plan of Hung Thinh Incons JSC (Hung Thinh Incons) took place successfully at The Conference Center Adora Luxury (Ho Chi Minh City), marked a year of outstanding development and successful achievements.

2018 continues to be a bright year for the construction market when the industry reaches a high growth rate and represents a sustainable development trend. And this is also a turning point, marking a strong breakthrough and a lot of success of Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company. With the right development orientation of the Board of Directors and the continuous efforts and creativity of the staff, Hung Thinh Incons has now become one of the leading and prestigious general construction contractors in Ho Chi Minh City as well as many provinces and cities across the country.

In order to constantly improve and meet the needs of the market, in 2018, Hung Thinh Incons prioritized recruiting personnel with professional capacity and rich experience, professional working attitude. The number of personnel as of December 31st, 2018 is close to 600, almost double that amount of 2017.

In 2018, Hung Thinh Incons continued to be the general contractor for construction of more than 10 projects, while ensuring the progress of construction and handover of projects such as Florita, Lavita Garden and Moonlight Park View. With constant efforts in business activities, Hung Thinh Incons has achieved outstanding business results, in particular, net revenue is estimated at over VND 4,000 billion, increased 50% compared to 2017; after-tax profit is estimated at nearly VND 200 billion, increased 61% compared to 2017; Profit after tax rate in 2018 is 35% on average equity. From a company with a charter capital of VND 5 billion, Hung Thinh Incons' current charter capital has reached nearly VND 288 billion.

To get an overview as well as review the performance in 2018, the Department Heads - the Devision Heads and the Managers reported on their operations as well as their spirit of determination in conquering new goals in 2019.
