SAIGONMIA RECEIVED THE AWARD OF WORTH LIVING PROJECT IN 2021

With the participation of leading experts in the field of real estate, through 9 obvious and transparent process steps, the Organizing Committee has voted 23 worth living projects including: Urban Areas, Residential Areas and Independent Apartments. At the same time, the Organizing Committee was advised by the Hotel Department - the General Administration of Tourism to vote for the 5 most popular resorts and 5 most popular hotels. Honored projects spread across the country, such as Vinhomes Ocean Park, Van Phuc Urban Area, Gamuda City, Imperia Sky Garden, Grandeur Palace - Giang Vo, Flamingo Cat Ba Beach Resort, Meliá Hanoi, Sol By Meliá Phu Quoc.
The honored projects not only towards the benefit of residents, outstanding in architectural design, living space, and long-term utilities, but also pass strict selection criteria for construction quality, environmental factors, low construction density, etc. Factors such as culture, application of technology, satisfaction of residents are also included in the evaluation table to find out which real estate projects are worth living.
