As a highlight of the entire real estate industry in Vietnam, in 2020, Hung Thinh Land has continued to affirm its strong growth when developing and introducing more than 4,500 products of 10 projects, typically: Bien Hoa Universe Complex (Dong Nai Province), New Galaxy (Binh Duong province), Ho Tram Complex (Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province), Grand Center Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh Province), Bien Hoa New City – Phase 2 (Dong Nai Province) ... Overcoming the general impact of Covid-19 epidemic, total sales value in 2020 of Hung Thinh Land was more than VND 13,000 billion, up to 15% compared to 2020. In parallel, in 2020, Hung Thinh Land has continuously handed over nearly 6,000 products to customers, notably: Richmond City (Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City), Moonlight Boulevard (Binh Tan District, HCM City)...

For the target in 2021, Hung Thinh Land expects to bring to the market about 20,000-25,000 products with total value of sales contracts of 48,000 - 65,000 billion VND. The company will continue to anticipate the trend of moving to strategic satellite cities such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai ... and focus on developing in coastal cities such as Quy Nhon, Cam Ranh, Nha Trang, Vung Tau ... as well as expanding market share in the North with the first project in Hanoi. Based on the current construction progress of projects, in 2021, Hung Thinh Land aims to hand over 6 projects with about 4,000 apartment, bare land and villa products.
