Hung Thinh Land Joint Stock Company (Hung Thinh Land) has just released summary of financial information on Hanoi Stock Exchange. According to this release, the owner’s equity at the end of June 2020 strongly increased to VND 6,084 billion, up 57% over the same period last year. The debt to equity ratio therefore decreased from 1.81 to 1.62; in which the ratio of bank loans to equity remained below 1.

Hung Thinh Land recorded a strong growth in capital and asset size after announcing the restructuring strategy of Hung Thinh Corporation. According to this strategy, Hung Thinh Land has become one of the leading real estate development companies in Vietnam on the basis of project development and land fund of Hung Thinh Corporation. After the restructuring, Hung Thinh Land will have a land fund of 4,500 hectares in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and other provinces with great economic potential such as Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Binh Thuan, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau ..., then Hung Thinh Land's capital and assets will have an acceleration and achieve a much higher scale than the present.

According to the updated report on Vinhomes Joint Stock Company dated September 17, 2020 of Vietcombank Securities Company, Hung Thinh Corporation accounts for 4% of the market share of residential real estate in Vietnam in the period of 2016 - first half of 2020 and is the 2nd largest real estate developer in Vietnam. Since its establishment, Hung Thinh Corporation has provided the market with approximately 50,000 housing products in line with market needs, including projects with a variety of types and segments, from apartments, bared land to luxury villas.
