RESIDENTIAL HEALTH IS A TOP CONCERN IN PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

General Director of Hung Thinh Land, Le Trong Khuong shared that in every project and operation, the company focused on the health of the residents, spreading the spirit of healthy living.

The 2020 VnExpress Marathon Quy Nhon running race organized by Binh Dinh Province People's Committee in coordination with VnExpress Newspaper will take place on July 26. Hung Thinh Land participates in the race as a companion, expecting to organize a large-scale and professional race, spreading the sense of sport training in the community. This is also an activity to show the spirit of promoting the health of the residents and the community of Hung Thinh Land for many years.

 - Why does Hung Thinh Land decide to promote support activities for the 2020 VnExpress Marathon Quy Nhon?

- In 2019, we were one of the main sponsors of the VnExpress Marathon Quy Nhon. The success of the program has brought about positive effects, strongly spreading the message of health care and sports training to the community. Thus, this year, Hung Thinh Land decides to continue to support the race more strongly through the role of a companion with the organizer.

Especially, in the context of Covid-19, the health is more and more important. Therefore, we decides to expand our support activities this year, with a spirit of closer cooperation, to attract more participants and inspire more people.

- What does the company expect in this year race?

- Hung Thinh Land has a specific plan in cooperation with the organizer to best support the athletes to bring a professional, safe and attractive running race. In addition, the company will give two prizes to encourage two men's and women's champions of the distance of 42 km, worth 15 million VND each. More than 50 members of the Hung Thinh Land family also registered to participate in the race, strongly responding to the spirit of sport in the office world.

Interestingly, up to present, the competition has attracted thousands of athletes of all ages, including the elderly, children to disabled athletes cross the country and international runners. We look forward to contributing to a professional, humanistic, connected, and pervasive sport.

- Does the company contribute to spread the spirit of sports at other major sport tournaments in addition to the VnExpress Marathon Quy Nhon?

- For the community, Hung Thinh Land and Hung Thinh Corporation have been prominent sponsors of Vietnamese football in recent years. We have had many activities such as giving on-the-spot  rewards after matches, participating in sponsorship programs for physical  development, comprehensive intelligence for young talents, and especially being a long-term companion with men's and women's national football team. The current figure has reached hundreds of billions of funding.

Hung Thinh Land sponsors the women's national football team and the  women's young football team for 5 years (From January 2020 to December 2024).

In addition, the company also regularly accompanies with professional marathons, tennis competitions and bicycle races across the country, etc., to spread the spirit of sport in the community.

The health care activities are also focused within the company. Having good health and a fresh spirit helps work effectively and live happier, spreading more good values to the society. Therefore, we encourage the team to participate in physical training through football, tennis, badminton, etc.

Over the years, Hung Thinh Land and Hung Thinh Corporation have implemented many programs to support the community and the society in Binh Dinh Province, focusing on developing projects to meet the needs of settling, traveling and relaxing in Quy Nhon. - How is the spirit of community's health expressed in the product lines of Hung Thinh Land?
- We always think that 'Customers exist, Hung Thinh exists'. We realize that professional sports tournaments such as VnExpress Marathon attracting a large number of athletes and visitors will contribute to strengthening Quy Nhon's position on Vietnam's tourism map, reaching Southeast Asia. This is also a great motivation to develop the real estate market, especially the demand for tourism and resort real estate in this coastal city.
